Just What Golf's Been Looking For
Having seen the indisputable impact that Twenty20 has had on growing the game of cricket, golf has been looking for its equivalent for a little while now; a shorter, fun and more attractive form of the game which will help drive interest and participation amongst a new generation.
This is where GolfSixes comes in. Entrance music, pyrotechnics, nearest the pin, longest drive, player-fan interaction and a shot clock were all part of the spectacle at the inaugural event last weekend, won by the youthful Denmark team. Yes there were things which will be improved upon moving forward but amid everything, GolfSixes proved that an exciting game of golf can be played over six holes and in under 60 minutes.
It's important to stress that - regardless of whether you enjoyed the weekend's play or not - GolfSixes is not designed to replace traditional golf as we know it, but to simply serve as a pathway to get more people playing the game we love.

This event is a great opportunity for anyone looking to purchase a new set of Titleist irons or woods. Tim Baker from Titleist will be at the club between 11am and 3pm and all fittings will be done on a Trackman launch monitor.
Appointments will be 30 minutes, these will be allocated on a first come basis.
PING Demo Day Event - Monday, 19 June
This event is a great opportunity for anyone looking to purchase a new set of PING irons or woods. Jonny Daniel from PING will be at the club between 11am and 3pm and all fittings will be done on a Trackman launch monitor.
We have six 40 minute appointments available, these will be allocated on a first come basis.
