18 holes in how long?

Slow play and rounds regularly taking over four hours is a problem across the world, and if you watch any golf on TV you’ll be well aware that it can be over five hours before professionals eventually walk off the 18th green. That said, this weekend saw a record on the PGA Tour for the fastest ever round, recorded by Wesley Bryan who completed his final round in just one hour 29 minutes – and shot a two-under 69 in the process. To put things into perspective, the group behind Bryan was on the 8th hole at the time he birdied the 18th. Quite impressive.

As you are aware this R&A run event is being played at the club from Sunday 1st October - Thursday 5th October. We have organised additional reciprocal times with P&K, Radyr and Ross-on-Wye plus tee times with Whitchurch and Llanishen Golf Clubs. These will be allocated on a first come basis and are booked through the Pro Shop.
