Paul's weekly winter tip

More club - Your ball won't go as far in the cold. You may have to hit 1-2 clubs more on every shot.

Keep walking - If possible, choose to walk rather than to use a buggy. You will be surprised how much walking will warm up your body. You will also stay looser and your swing won’t be affected as much.

Round up

Last Saturday we held a Stableford competition. Richard Handy scored an excellent 41 points, with Phil Nicholas a close second with 40 points and in joint third place was Greg Baker and Ben Ware on 39 points. The nearest the pin prize was won by Andrew Price and the two's sweep was worth £9.71 per two.
